Orthodontic Associates Gives Back

Our number one priority at Orthodontic Associates of Southeastern Connecticut is creating beautiful and healthy smiles for our patients - but the Doctors and team also enjoy bringing smiles to our community in other ways!

Doctors Kozlowski, O'Leary, Hack and Daniels sponsor local sport leagues, our team walks in the annual 'Light the Night' fundraiser benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and every holiday season we participate in the East Lyme Light Parade and hold a toy drive to benefit the Yale New Haven Children's Hospital. Throughout the year, we collect donations for our food and pet supply drive to help local soup kitchens and The Connecticut Humane Society.

In addition to providing free orthodontic treatment in our Smile for A Lifetime program, the Doctors hold a Parent Appreciation Contest twice a year where parents of our active patients can enter in a drawing to receive free orthodontic treatment.

Connecticut Humane Society

The CT Humane Society is in need of food and supplies for their homeless animals.

Here are some of the items that can be donated:

• Towels

• Blankets

• Bedding

• Dog/Cat Toys

• Dog/Cat Treats

• Litter and Litter Boxes

• Newspaper

Food Drive

Please donate canned food items to feed those less fortunate.

Here are some of the items that can be donated:

• Canned Meat (ham, tuna, meat spread)

• Peanut Butter

• Chunky Soups & Beef Stew

• Macaroni & Cheese

• Pastas

• Spaghetti Sauce

• Dry Cereal & Oatmeal

• Rice, and Dry & Canned Beans

• Canned Vegetables & Fruits

• 100% Fruit Juice (Cans or plastic bottles)

Boxes for donations are available at every office location. Every donation, big or small, can help.
