Orthodontic Associates STAR Program

All active patients are eligible to participate in this program. Every month, 6 winners will receive a $25.00 gift card. If you have any questions regarding the requirements or how you can be sure to get a star at every visit, please talk to one of our orthodontic assistants! They'll be glad to give you some tips on how to be an Orthodontic Associates STAR!

Here Is How Our Program Works

Each regularly scheduled appointment gives you the opportunity to earn an Orthodontic Associates STAR! Each star you get is dropped into a box for a grand drawing each month. The more stars you earn, the better your chances are to win!

Here is what you need to do to earn a STAR!

• Arrive to your appointment on time.

• Demonstrate acceptable oral health care.

• Have no loose braces, broken wires or broken appliances.

• Show cooperation with elastic or any other appliance wear.
